Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Please note:

  • Delivery time estimates do not include processing time.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our facility.

Warm Weather Shipping (Important)

Because we sell natural skin and body care products such as lotion bars, lip balms, and deodorants, some items may soften or melt in high temperatures.

We recommend:

  • Monitoring your tracking information

  • Bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery

We are not responsible for melting due to weather conditions during transit.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you through the claims process.

Local Pick Up

We’re happy to offer a convenient local pick-up option for our products!

Throughout the year, we attend local markets and community events across the Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex County area, giving you the opportunity to collect your order in person and save on shipping.

Upcoming market dates and locations will be posted right here on our website and shared on our Instagram page, so be sure to check back often.

Simply select the local pick-up option at checkout, and we’ll coordinate with you for the next available market date!
